Peace: It does not mean to be in a place of no noise or hard work;

It means to be amongst those things and still be calm in your heart.

About

Kundalini North School of Yoga was created by Paula Ribotto to serve the growing population of people interested in studying yoga in Northern Ontario.

Paula Ribotto has been teaching yoga for over 15 years.

Beginning with her first yoga class in 1995, and evolving into her longtime dedicated daily practice and teaching, Paula sees yoga as a way to discover our connection to our infinite self. For Paula, teaching is a calling. As a yoga teacher, she supports students to discover their own truth and live to their full potential. And, as a mentor and trainer of yoga teachers, Paula helps clients to find their authentic voice as they teach, and embody the yogic teachings in a way that is meaningful for them.

Paula is also passionate about her work with children, and being a teacher, advocate and voice for them. In simply allowing children to be children, she has received a deeper understanding of the importance of play, relationship, and connection, being present in the moment, and finding beauty in the smallest things.

Paula lives in Thunder Bay, with her husband of 23 years, and enjoys her 3 children, 2 step children, and a lot of granddogs!

Gratitude lies at the heart of her practice and teaching, and she seeks to find the gift in all situations and things.
