Application Fee: There is a $100+hst non-refundable application fee.  All applications must be accompanied by the application payment in order to be processed.  Upon approval of your application, the next step of the application process is to set up an interview (via in person or by phone).  Once accepted, your spot can be reserved in the course by submitting the registration fee.

Registration Fee: Please be aware that to guarantee your place in the program a non-refundable Registration of $450 is required.

Tuition: Full tuition must be paid at least five (5) weeks before the course start. (the course start date is day 1 of the first weekend Intensive.) Attendance will not be allowed if tuition is not paid by the payment deadline. If you apply less than five (5) weeks prior to course start, payment of both the deposit and full tuition must be made at once.

Withdrawal from a program after approval: If you decide to withdraw from the Kundalini North Yoga Teacher Training program, you must notify us in writing by emailing yoga4all@shaw.ca. A student who has paid tuition but decides to withdraw from the course has the following options:

More than five (5) weeks prior to the course start date: 100% of tuition paid (please note: not including the deposit, which is non-refundable) may be refunded or held as a Credit towards another YTT. (no guarantee of yearly YTT offerings)

From one (1) to five (5) weeks prior to the course start date: 75% of tuition paid may be refunded or 100% of tuition paid can be held as a credit towards future YTT. (no guarantee of yearly YTT offerings)

Less than one (1) week prior to the course start date: 50% of tuition paid may be refunded or 75% of tuition paid can be held as a credit towards future YTT. (no guarantee of yearly YTT offerings)

Once the program begins: No refund or Credit will be issued.

Withdrawal from a program after the course begins: Any teacher training course books, supplementary course materials or manuals issued must be returned.

Note: The course start date is the first day of the first Weekend Intensive.

Waitlists: All those who wish to join the waiting list for a program that is full need to apply via the normal procedure and pay the deposit. If a space opens up in the course, those on the waiting list will be notified. Applicants will have three days following notification (based on the date/time the notification was sent by Kundalini North) to confirm their participation by paying the full remainder of tuition.

Reference Letter
